AK Build Tools, Inc. dba AK Build Tools, takes data security and the protection of all customer information seriously. To ensure your security, our website does not have the ability to store credit card information. Credit card information is entered directly by the customer into a secured credit card processor site. No credit card information is stored on premise at AK Build Tools.
We do not sell any customer information. Specific customer information (i.e. email address) is limited to use by USPS and UPS to provide package tracking notification to the customer and the Credit Card Processor to send payment confirmation. These third party vendors do not sell or share customer information.
Any customer identifiable information used in the placing of an order is protected on our website by multiple levels of physical and data security. This information is further explained below.

Email Program
Promotional emails about new products, special offers including sales or other pertinent information are sent only to customers who have signed up to receive emails. At any time, a customer can request to be removed from this program by responding to the opt-out area at the end of the promotional email or by notifying us at sales@akbuildtools.com.

AK Build Tools does not receive any benefit from providing these links. AK Build Tools is not responsible for the protection and/or the privacy of any information given by the customer when visiting these “non-company” websites. The customer is encouraged to exercise caution and review the privacy statement of each “non-company” website they enter via a website link. These “non-company” referral sites are not governed by the Privacy Policy of AK Build Tools.
